Go Cards!!

The boys have been wanting to go to a baseball game for a long time, so we finally decided to take them. They were so excited to go to their first Cardinals game.

Papa was excited to show off to his boys all the work he did in the stadium while he was working there during reconstruction. In this picture he's standing in front of the lights he put in. He also worked in the fan's shop. Mateo was so amazed that his Papa helped rebuilt the new stadium. He told him "thank you Papa, thank you."
We got the last seats up high in the fourth row, but we could see everything pretty good.
Lucas was whining a lot. He wanted to come home after the 2nd inning, but he made it through the 8th inning thanks to Papa talking to him a lot. When we left, one lady sitting next to us told us how well behaved our boys were. I was going inside of me: "yeah, right. They're okay".
Anthony was excited for a little bit, but he didn't care much about the game.
Mateo was really into the game. He was cheering and screaming. He wanted to stay until the end, but it was too crowded. We would have never made it out if we had waited until the end.Look how beautiful this view is of downtown St. Louis.
We made it through the 8th inning. The cards played against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Unfortunately we lost, but we had a good time. Go Cards!!!
