At Toys R Us With The Johnstons

Tia April wanted to take the boys to Toys R Us to pick their birthday presents. Anthony's birthday is August 4th and Mateo's is August 8th. Since she couldn't stay until then, the boys each got to pick a toy, even Lucas. As you can see in this picture, Lucas and Isabella got a birthday balloon and a crown. I had to tell the cashier it was their birthday too, so they could all be happy.
Lucas got tired of walking in the store, so he wanted somebody to hold him.
Mateo picked a sword with a cape and mask. So Marshall had to get a weapon too, so he could fight Mateo. Even though Marshall is seven years older than Mateo, he still enjoys playing with him.
Anthony picked a Walle remote control robot.
Lucas picked little super heroes.

Well, this is it with the Johnstons until next time we get together. We sure had a great time with them. They filled our house with excitement. We'll miss them so much. It's hard to be away from the family, especially the kids. But at least we see each other once a year, and we try to catch up with everything that we've missed. The hardest thing for me is to say goodbye because I get so used to having them around .
